Andrew Fleming - Pro Performance Development Coach from Nashville
A resident of Nashville, Tennessee, Andrew Fleming has been an affiliate broker with Compass Real Estate Greenhills since 2024, representing clients in residential real estate transactions. In addition to his work in residential real estate, Andrew Fleming is a player development coach with Nashville-based Pro Performance Basketball.
As a development coach, Mr. Fleming has worked with both college and professional athletes. College players who have enlisted his help include Skyy Clark (Louisville), Malik Dia (Belmont), Rodney Chatman (Vanderbilt), and Isa Silva (Stanford). He has helped overseas professional and NBA players like Dwayne Bacon (formerly with the Orlando Magic), Skal Labissiere (formerly with the Atlanta Hawks), Mac McClung (Orlando Magic), and Perrin Buford and Daniel Giddens (who both play for Japanese teams).
Mr. Fleming has helped more than 400 players of all levels build their basketball skills quickly. He does this through competitive individual and group workouts and strategic development plans. He takes a holistic approach to assisting clients by mentoring players and their parents through the recruitment process and providing them with resources and guidance to improve skill development. Additionally, Mr. Fleming hosts clinics and camps that focus on player movement and action, as well as helping coaches learn player and team development.
Mr. Fleming’s experience in this area also includes being the Director of Player Development at Oak Hills Academy in 2022, where he graduated. This role involved managing player skill sessions and team workouts. He worked with students until 2023.
